Customer service top notch. Didn’t have the part we needed but went to every length to double check and recommend where else to call.
First it was hour and a half for me to get there but well worth the drive. Friendly crew excellent customer service asked if we wanted water very beautiful boats in the showroom. They had my boat done in about 4 hours well worth the wait then we got the news that they closed all the lakes so I haven't even put my trolling motor in the water yet but I would well recommend this place way way better than Bass pro shops customer service that place is the worst and the cost was worth every penny I highly recommend CNC Marine than... read more
Brought my boat into C&C after another repair shop couldn’t figure out why it was running rough. Within 30 minutes of dropping off the boat Greg called me and told me I had a bad spark plug. Boat runs great now.
I never leave reviews, but I decided to today because of the great help I received from this Company. First time I’ve ever called C&C marine, talked to the parts person Ben and he went over and beyond to find the parts I needed for my boat. Highly recommended. Will go to them from here on out. I made an appointment to take my brand new Triton 18 TRX in for a water leak and an overheating issue. IMO, making an appointment around their schedule helps. I arrived there shortly after opening time. Greg greeted me in the parking lot as I pulled in and filled out the work order. He asked me if I was going to stick around, which really surprised me as I thought I would have to drop it off and come back at a later date.
