We were a customer for 4 years with multiple commercial policies, spending PLENTY of money with them. However, Cathy and Eric left us high and dry when it came to COI renewals. After 2 emails asking on renewal certificates expiring 5 days EARLIER, they finally responded on the Friday before a long weekend, advising us that they were leaving early and wouldn't get to our paperwork until Tuesday.
