I had purchased the heavy duty model of their pilot sign model, had some components and wiring problems from a third party supplier of theirs. Without any questions asked or arguments Sasha the salesman paid for shipping to and from and rebuilt all wiring components at their dime. Received product tested perfectly and amazing.
