C&C healthcare is a poorly managed scam. I stopped using them shortly after starting, realizing their absurd level of disorganization (taking many months to give referrals, messing up appts, etc.). I have not scheduled an appointment with them in half a year, and they continue to claim that I have appointments (to charge me for them). I tell them that I am no longer their patient and ask them to stop calling, but they continue. Save your time-- go elsewhere.
My experience has been great here since the very beginning. Lydia is very professional and is an exceptional therapist. I would definitely recommend her to anybody considering therapy, she is very helpful and makes it a very comfortable and positive environment for me.
I am pleased with C & C Health Care. They excel in handling family matters and our counselor, Lydia, is outstanding. She consistently ensures that the children feel comfortable conversing with her, which makes me exceedingly satisfied. I strongly endorse their services to anyone requiring their assistance.
Lydia is a fantastic therapist, one my husband looks forward to speaking to with weekly. You can tell she cares about her clients. She is professional and responds to concerns in a timely manner.
My daughter started going to c and c healthcare about 5 months ago with lydia. She has done an amazing job with her.
