Our experience with C&C Fire Safety was disappointing. They came to perform a fire safety inspection, their price too high without warning(around 400 dollars ). they took actions that felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and reliable fire safety company.
This shop has terrible communication skills. I always write out a list of items I want repaired and give the list to the service manager. 1st time there they charged me for mounting and balancing for tires. When I pick my vehicle up a half a day later than they promised it, the tires were still in the backseat of my truck. They did make good on this by apologizing and picking my truck up and mounting and balancing the tires the following week. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to take another vehicle there ... read more
