My daughter rolled her car coming off of Borah. Jody/C&C were contracted through insurance to go pick up the car. Jody called me directly to determine exact location (it wasn't where insurance indicated) to tow away. Jody was so friendly and helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, the third party payer in this case (I don't know the name but if I did I would publicly call them out here) reversed their payment stating that Jody did not pick up the car. HE DID. Jody and his son Dillon are awesome people! I made a really bad choice and got stuck in the mud at Mackey reservoir. They came quickly and they have the right equipment to get you out of this nasty, sticky mud if you ever find yourself in my situation with a truck stuck in the mud! They are very nice and understanding of the situation. Thanks a million!
Me, my boyfriend, and my dog got stranded out in the mountains when our can am got stuck in the snow. Jody was the only one that offered help to come get us. He made it there very quickly and helped us get our machine pulled out of the snow. All around great guy and great service!
Totaled our truck hitting an elk about 3 hours away from home. Came back the next day to get our aftermarket rims off the truck before insurance came to pick it up. We got to his shop after hours and he still came out to help us with tools and anything else needed. Highly recommend this company. Nicest people I have seen in quite some time. They do the best work for the best price!
We were stranded between Arco and Carry with a busted radiator this past weekend and a toddler in the car. Had no cell service and had to call 911. They called in Jody to get our car off the side of the road and he was amazing. Towed the car, and let us stap our car seat in the back seat. Friendly conversation the whole way, and then helped us get the radiator fixed. All around amazing service
