I had my thoughts of what I thought I needed , a new metal roof . Cesar came out, flew his drone all around the house, took pictures, then made a quick trip up onto the roof to confirm what he saw. Then said we could do what I wanted, but at that time the price for a new metal roof was crazy high !,,, then he gave his recommendation, which was shingles, and I said I do not want to go through this again and with the big wind we get coming down the canyon, shingles don't cut it, they lift ot fly off ! Roof completed in two days (including shed). Discount was given on the shed that saved money. Quality work throughout and excellent communication with feedback and pictures before, during and after with a drone. All neighbors say the roof looks amazing with great color choice. Cesar was wonderful to work with and his crew was fast, efficient and hard working. Had a two man crew come out two months later to install five vents, free of charge, to help roof ventilation. Overall, a very professional job with a fair price.
This team did a great job from the begining, came out got some pictures of the issue areas and took the time to explain the issue and how to fix it pproperly.very happy happy with the work done
