I would give no stars if possible, I have used Chem dry for many years at various homes. My regular Chem dry location was unavailable for an emergency service so I opted to use Freeman's as they had availability. To my disappointment they did not remove stains from my carpet that I was later able to remove with a rag and home product. I reached out to Freeman's to give them an opportunity to respond and shared pictures Before & After of the stains which they had told me on the day of treatment they were unable to remove. Called them at 1130 this morning. Was in need of a master bedroom carpet cleaning. Decided I would try to clean it myself to save money. I ended up returning there missed call and asking them to come finish what I've started.. And they showed up this evening did a good job. I am sure I'll be calling them if ever in need. If your looking for good work. Give them a call!
Scheduled carpet cleaning with this particular Chem-Dry. They selected the arrival time but when the day finally came, they didn't show up at the scheduled time. I had to call, and was told they were "on their way". Another call to them 30 minutes later and still "on their way". I will use a different Chem-Dry next time.
