Quite easily my best experience of buying a second hand car. Having looked at vehicles in Southampton, Portsmouth, Reading and Windsor over the last couple of weeks, I put in an Auto Trader search for Nottingham, simply because I was collecting my daughter from Uni'. Good customer service
I brought my car from c&c cars 3yrs or so ago, it came with 3months warranty. A problem started and it was dealt with straight away. 3years later and the same problem has come up on the car (common fault with the car) I contacted c&c cars and they have helped me so much getting my cars sorted again. Amazing company.
In September 2023 I brought a black 2nd hand VAUXHALL corsa and the guy selling the car claimed to have done a service and MOT on the car before I brought it. After buying the car we noticed the oil was old and it had clearly not been serviced as claimed In September 2024 I had my MOT done and I was charged a huge fee for a new subframe which was not mentioned on the MOT that was done when I brought the car when there was no mention of a corroded subframe. Great company very accommodating and helpful would definitely buy a car from c&c cars again, super clean and lovely cars Couldn't fault them, amazing customer service 5 star plus, highly recommend !!
