I had such a positive experience today with Joe! We had a unexpected issue that needed to be addressed today because we were getting ready to go out of town and had guests arriving… And Joe came same day, he communicated with me throughout the day about what time he would be arriving. He worked late past his normal working hours to get it done today for us on one of the hottest days of the year!
