I had a very disappointing experience with C & C Carpet Cleaning. During the service, I felt pressured and was told that if I didn't pay immediately, my property office would be contacted, which I found unprofessional and intimidating. Another issue was that the technicians did not wear shoe covers. I was told this was because of their insurance policy. If you have an autoimmune condition, allergies, or simply expect your floors to be protected, keep this in mind. They left shoe marks on my floors, and I had to clean up afte... read more

Dealing with C&C Carpet Care was a great experience. Before I scheduled to have the work done, they were very communicative, providing all the information I asked for, and some I wasn’t even aware of. The price was very fair for what we needed done, and they were able to get us scheduled pretty quickly. The day of the appointment they communicated to let us know when they were arriving, and arrived on time.
