Two years ago, Brian and his girlfriend did a great job installing a hardwood floor for us. We wanted to hire them for a major bathroom renovation, but we can't reach them at all. Looking at other reviews, it appears things have really gone wrong.

Roofing and siding installation subcontracted thru Lowes. Will be a year October 8th and still have not completed. Other issues.
Brian did work for us that the other installer could not complete . He was fast, friendly, and easy to work with i would highly recommend.
