I visited this store for the first time while out just running errands. With no intention of needing anything other than browsing. When Shannon offered to help me look around, I ended up falling in love with a human hair wig! Totally unexpected purchase but because of Shannon, I ended up purchasing a wig with her help and expertise on the texture, length, color, and style! Shannon is very experienced with the products, inventory, and listening to customers. She’s so patient!

Today was my first time, the previous reviews are correct and true. There will be someone following you, how rude they DON'T deserve "our" dollars. What's really bold is they don't even try to be inconspicuous. DON'T shop here, they don't respect us, don't even deserve one star!

I asked someone for help. I believe it was the owner. He wasn't very helpful at all. He then proceed to follow me throughout the store as though I was going to take something. He was very rude and not professional. I never returned and that has been over 3 years ago. I don't give my business to anyone that does not appreciate me as a customer. Customers is what keeps the business going.
