Today was my first time, the previous reviews are correct and true. There will be someone following you, how rude they DON'T deserve "our" dollars. What's really bold is they don't even try to be inconspicuous. DON'T shop here, they don't respect us, don't even deserve one star!
I asked someone for help. I believe it was the owner. He wasn't very helpful at all. He then proceed to follow me throughout the store as though I was going to take something. He was very rude and not professional. I never returned and that has been over 3 years ago. I don't give my business to anyone that does not appreciate me as a customer. Customers is what keeps the business going.
People can say Wat they say most stores like a beauty supply doesn't do refund and exchAnges. If it's not n original packaging no refund! If u put in and took out this also looks like u unraveling bundle the wrapping back up and try return! Ladies please check before u leave it's alok feel and self test hair before u leave store or take counter to buy!
