I asked someone for help. I believe it was the owner. He wasn't very helpful at all. He then proceed to follow me throughout the store as though I was going to take something. He was very rude and not professional. I never returned and that has been over 3 years ago. I don't give my business to anyone that does not appreciate me as a customer. Customers is what keeps the business going.

People can say Wat they say most stores like a beauty supply doesn't do refund and exchAnges. If it's not n original packaging no refund! If u put in and took out this also looks like u unraveling bundle the wrapping back up and try return! Ladies please check before u leave it's alok feel and self test hair before u leave store or take counter to buy! I find everything here and the people at the front desk are so nice and welcoming. This has been my go-to for a long time they have everything you could need ya’ll come here asap if you are in Stone Mountain!
