I paid $10 for a lip color and it obviously didn’t match. I wasn’t able to test it in the store and couldn’t return it after trying it on in the car right after purchasing and finding out it’s grey instead of the color of the stick. It wasn’t even close to the color and they agreed when i walked back in to see it themselves. They still didn’t refund and didn’t make this an exception.

Every time I come here I’m followed. I intentionally dont bring in a purse, my pockets are visibly empty, etc. yet I always get followed. Every single time I come in someone follows me. Every single time. Sometimes it’s the owner just standing directly behind me or an employee pretending to be busy behind me. I’ve never stolen anything yet I’m constantly treated like I’m about to rob the place. Either invest in a better security system and pay someone to monitor it all day or leave people alone.
