Staff will look you in the face and not speak....the selection of products is non-existent....they have PLENTY of wigs and weaves but if you are natural, DO NOT GO! The selection for kid's barrettes, bows and head bands is VERY scarce
I normally don't shop at places that don't greet their customers but this day I was rushing. I only needed a couple of items. Gel and a cheap drawstring pony. As I'm browsing through the ponytail section, seeing which one is good for me (curl pattern, size, color, etc.) Asian man zooms over to me aggressively to ask if he could "help me!". I in fact did need help and when I took him up on his offer... He couldn't or wouldn't help at all. He hovered over me to see if I was stealing. Never again... Very, very poor customer service. Worker in particular everytime I come in young, rude & helpless. Lazy don’t want to get up from behind counter & help because she’s always in her phone and very rude. Need better workers.
Sir with the waxy ponytail. Why did you say that my children were acting inappropriately and follow me around the store? Then came outside and sat cliff side to watch me drive away after refusing to patronize you? Why did you do that sir? Was it my purse? Or my hair wrap? What’s your deal? -Raven.
HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE quality of wigs. And I can’t stand liars and the employees lied about the wigs, lied about the return policy and they also had such NASTY attitudes. The wigs are mostly ugly, old and (according to the shiftless “manager”), what you see on the wall is what you get - meaning they sell the raggedy wigs straight off of the wall/mannequin heads.
