Used to be good. Can't even replace a clutch and forget about getting your vehicle back in a timely manner.
Charged us 250.$ for a 6mile tow to their lot. I wanted it brought to the body shop I do business with. They recommend against that. Told us the car was totaled, (it was, but I wanted to hear it from someone I knew) Then, they recommended we just sign the title over to them and then get rid of it. Called “Cash for cars”, they came and got it, gave us $300.00. Probably could have got more if I was in the Business. But was facing daily storage fees. Totally unethical business practices.
Non professional and illieagly held my plates don't recommend money hungry scums
