Awful experience .... First-time experience done wrong! knowledge poor!! They couldn't even tell me what size engine my vehicle was...customer service lousy. not truthful. I want a refund and they will not give it to me. I went in to have my AC fixed. It didn't happen. And after I paid on my American Express card. Then they told me I needed a compressor.

Marylou came into our shop to check her a/c . she was advised that she had a leak and she had no Freon in her a/c system.(keep in mind when there is no Freon in the system the compressor wont come on) She approved us to do a a/c leak test , come to find out the evaporator in the dash was where the leak was coming from. So she told us to go ahead and replace it. We explained it would take about a day. After multiple calls during the day saying she needed her car 4:30 comes around and we let her know the evaporator is done bei... read more
