Highly unprofessional. They were informed about fixing a new external filter and internal cleaning of the aircon. They said that the filter is unavailable and need to be shipped first. Luckily they received filter within 5 days and after committing to install the filter and clean the aircon from inside in the next week they went into sleep. Craig & Brayth from C&C did an instal yesterday in an efficient & professional manner. The old unit was removed & the site left tidy & clean. Highly recommend this reliable & trustworthy organisation.
Acceptable install, just a shame that they didn't complete the setup with the Actron Advance Neo controller and passed me off onto Actron Air. After 4 phone calls to Craig and the last one with Craig saying " leave it with me" I have had no response since. Somewhat disappointing. What happened to customer support Craig that you talked about when quoting the job?
