She accused me of not paying my bill and charged me a late fee, when I showed her the check as being cashed on her end she still said I never paid the bill. I am excellent on paying my bills this happened twice. Her attitude was rude and I will never do business with her company again! Rip off
Unfortunately I can't give negative stars. We gave criticism = they no call no showed then only pumped half the trailer. The owner/manager decided to cancel contracted scheduled service without notification. They run their business like they have no competition The absolute rudest unreliable workers, management and owners.
