Chuck comes across as a nice guy when he is doing his sales pitch. He will go the extra mile and seems like a truly different kind of contractor. Prices are reasonable. He is knowledgeable and helpful. It IS too good to be true. Once the contract is signed, a different side comes out. A side of nickel and diming.
