Everyone is friendly and thoughtful. Dr. Hafen's MA is very friendly and on the ball. Staff listens and hears my needs. Dr. Hafen is among the best doctors I have had in my 70 years. He listens actively, asks pertinent questions, and works with me to arrive at the best solutions available.
