Absolutely horrible. The lady at the front desk should not be working with the public especially in a medical facility. She’s very rude.
I’ve been putting off this review for several years, hoping in vein that they would improve. I’ve been coming to this office (Hunters Village) for 8 years as a patient of Dr. Wofford. I want to make it clear that this review is not about him, he is a great doctor and I’m sad that I won’t see him again. Veterans Affairs Referred me to here get a EMG as there is not much around here in New Braunfels; needless to say, this has been over eight days in the making. Pak Medical has still not provided me with an appointment, did not contact me to aid them in getting the needed paperwork or let me know they received some of my information and are awaiting on "etc" paperwork to schedule. I have never been in clinic where the front desk lady bad mouths the Dr. All I heard was the Dr is notorious for not placing lab orders. That it's all Dr fault and that she just makes appointments she cant do anything else. I was going to become a patient but I'd rather go to a Dr. Office that the staff appreciates their doctor. I don't recommend any Pak Medical Group Clinics.
Chris Gomez manages a clinic and he always goes above and beyond to assist with my parents, referrals appointments, bloodwork whatever it is. He is by far the superstar of that clinic Dr Wolford is an awesome doctor. He makes sure to get to the issue not just prescribe medication.
