I can’t say enough about how great CBlu is. They have provided excellent service are incredibly responsive and customer focused. A specific shout out to Sourabh who is AWESOME! I would highly recommend Cblu.
Asked for a pump replacement options. They came up with: "We do have the pump you are asking for in stock. The pump will cost you $798 + tax", and I have no idea what is the actual pump they have in stock, since they didn't provide any details. Meanwhile, the genuine pump advertised by a hot tub manufacturer costs 638$+tax and can be purchased at a lower price when buying through a retailer. Based on this, I do not recommend contacting this place for parts, they tried to grift me. +1 star for actually responding.
Fantastic People! Fantastic Company! We are BIG FANS of everyone at C BLU and totally trust them with the care of our Hot Tub. Friendly Service, Great Advice and Always Helpful. Our hot tub stays sparkling and ready to enjoy thanks to them!
I have been using CBlu for my pool maintenance for a quite a few years. The company is very reliable and good to deal with. They respond quickly to my requests for their assistance. Often my requests are of an urgent nature due to excess winds and tree debris and pine needles blocking the impala in my pool pump and stopping the water circulating. They usually respond the same day which I really appreciate.
I’ve been using C-Blu for years for my pool and hottub,they are always there for me. Highly recommend.
