Kyle & Malachi from C Bennett gave us amazing service after we purchased our Kozy Heat Nordic 60 TL vented gas fireplace! We have an all electric house. We wanted an alternative heat source in case we lose power in the winter. We also wanted to add the warmth and beauty of a fireplace in our new home. We decided to go with propane as our fuel source. These guys were outstanding! They thought ahead to make sure my hookups were right for the appliances that I was buying. On delivery day they called when an hour out and actually showed up a little early. Hugh, Chris and Pierre were the men delivering the washer and dryer and when some challenges came up, they stayed to troubleshoot the issues. Oh my gosh what amazing service! To say I was pleased with the service Eric and Malachi is an understatement. The techs were early, clean, respectful and very efficient. They explained what they were doing and answered all of my many questions with patients and care. I am so excited about my fireplace it has never looked or performed better! Well worth the cost of the cleaning. Thank you for everything!
