I had a direct vent gas log fireplace. Mad hatter said it needed to be replaced at a cost of over $10k😳 Called CBennett, they came out in a timely manner. Malachi was outstanding! Polite, professional, and knowledgeable.. needed a new gas valve and pilot assembly. Was replaced in an hour . Under $500! Awesome repairman Malachi , and a great experience. Stay away from Mad Hatter!!
