Special thanks to Chad for repairing all of our slate roofs at Salem UCC, Bath PA. Chad initially flew a drone over our buildings, reviewed the results and proposed a repair plan for approval. He was then able to locate matching slate for our buildings, some date back to 1849. The work was completed in a timely manner and within the quoted amount. Looking forward to working with Chad and CB Specialty Roofs on maintaining our roofs and other improvements at the Church facility.

Excellent work all around - Chad and his crew are deeply knowledgeable on slate roofs and it shows. As an amateur slater who has done my own roofs in the past, I wanted to hire someone whose attention to detail met or surpassed my own - and that was the case. This was a replacement of old slate on a 5 square dormer, plus replacing a bunch of failed snow guards and a few cracked slates.
