This is the most unethical dealer we have ever dealt with. We purchased a new Polaris snowmobile that was delivered and not running correctly. The dealer knew of the issue and intentionally delivered a malfunction vehicle. I hope no one has to deal with these individuals. They are an embarrassment to Polaris- we own 4 Polaris sleds for over 15 years. This is the only experience that makes me want to talk Ski - doo. I would give zero stars. Worst experience I’ve had in my life.

This past week I had a problem with my Ranger Northstar Edition. Jolie moved things around in her schedule to get me into the service department. The mechanics diagnosed the Ranger and repaired it quickly as I need it for snow removal. After I dropped the Ranger off for service, they drove me to my wife’s place of business so I could go home.
