I called their business number to set up a visit to check my toilet. The woman that answers the phone screens the call I guess. I was told someone wld be by the next day for a service call. I asked her what time she said oh I don’t know whenever they show up if they aren’t too busy . The next day came and no one called or showed up . So I guess the screener decides who gets a service call n who doesn’t 🤷♀️.
Pipes busted. Guys came out super quick and got the job done efficiently and professionally. The go to plumber in the area.
Two guys came into my home well respectable had all the tools they needed at first we didn't know what the problem was but they kept looking until they found the problem and make sure I was satisfied after 5 days without hot water I was well satisfied and they didn't charge us old men an arm and a leg which I was glad for that after all I went through with the breaking and having my stuff stove and vandalized they made me feel whole again and now I know I can make it thank you C B Plumbing
