Owner Ricky is extremely rude. I walked in and told him the vape he sold me was faulty and he started dropping F bombs saying go somewhere else to buy vapes then. vape he sold me worked for a day.
Wonderful experience!! Ricky was a phenomenal help when shopping for cigars and even game me some tips as well. Even through in a free cigar as well!! 10/10 will be back!
Guy was extremely rude. Was having trouble with a lighter I didn’t buy from him. Was fully intending to buy some cigars or maybe a new lighter. During his profane lecture, he proved to be quite truculent and rude. Don’t go there.
I left my cigars at home. Usually I bring them whenever I am in relax mode. So I made a desperate attempt to find some decent cigars and a reasonable cutter and matches. The customer service was great. I asked for options and I immediately got them. Ended up walking out with 6+1 cigars and a combo lighter/cutter. The guy was extremely helpful, communicative and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place. And best part i will come back whenever I travel to the area.
