I called CB John Deere 3 times and never did get to talk to the parts department. An AI agent left me "die" twice and a real person talked to me once but was immediately cut off. This was a very irritating experience for sure.
they sold my a tractor knowing the start was bad after telling me it was 100% ready to go couldn’t even start it to get it off the trailer when it arrived called them said they would send me a check for the starter that’s been 2 months ago and since then they won’t return my calls last time i spoke with them they said they mailed the check and that was 3 weeks ago still a no show and no answers from them buyers beware
