Inventory is very low. Told us most of the homes are already sold (explains why customers are complaining about the time it takes for delivery). Customer service is not very helpful and extremely rude. Any inventory for sale is OVERLY PRICED. $90k for a used single wide in okay condition...? And that's the cheapest they have. No thanks.
Give a lot of run around. Pay 2,000 down on a mobile home 3 weeks and still no mobile home. Lack of communication.
