The CHHA's were wonderful, as were the LVN's -- but Dr. Protacio was a BIG FAIL. The Certified Aides who came to our home twice a week cleaned my mom very attentively, nicely, and with great care. The LVN who would come out twice a week was also very caring, checking her vitals, etc. One of the RN's was pretty good, but I had to pull information out of her.
