Awesome service very friendly staff. It’s hard to find good honest service but I’ve found it now. They treated my vehicle as if it was theirs. I’m mechanically inclined but with my Mercedes I rather leave it to the pros.
I have taken my Mercedes Benz GLE 350 to C & B European Auto twice now and received great service. My most recent trip there was for a small item that needed to be dealt with and Paul immediately helped me with an adjustment that was needed. I was using an auto shop 45 minutes away - no longer. I highly recommend Paul and his staff.
Honest, Knowledgeable, and True Problem-Solvers C&B European Motors has been fantastic. I visited this location due to the reviews and found them to be five star just as everyone has stated I was not pushed to get services that I didn't need they were honest I even got to meet the owner Craig . great place to bring your car I will be back! The shop was clean and not cluttered with alot of vehicles.
I was referred to C&B by a trusted friend after receiving a long list of urgent items to replace /repair from the dealership. What an amazing experience! I was treated respectfully as a woman and everything was explained to me as repairs needed and things I could wait on. I agreed to the repairs and they immediately started working on my car. I was out of there in less than two hours. I will definitely be back!!!
