I had an issue with my home security battery in laundry room. The controls on walls were showing a yellow triangle. I could not locate our manual to run tests on so I called their number. A wonderful lady named Crytsal had the problem solved in less than 10 minutes by doing several tests over the phone. Bingo it turned our back up battery in laundry room wall box had a dead battery.
