Kept and cashed a cheque 5 months and after they sold to Avante did not give them the cheque. Avente then double billed.
C&b alarms installed our cameras and alarm system in muskoka 7 years ago. Since then I have called numerous times for repairs or service but most calls went unanswered. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this company at all.
Sorry to say that we made a big mistake choosing C & B nearly 10 years ago as new citizens of Muskoka. From the frequent and often late night false alarms often when we were not at home and that they would/could not turn off from their end to the lack of follow up when contacted - we were told to replace all 5 of out 2 1/2 year old fire alarms and to buy some dehumidifiers for our basement... soooo we did and... you guessed it! our pets, neighbours (and presumably their pets) were still being treated to false alarms via the ... read more
