A first class family run plumbering firm. They care for you. Excellent in their work and both friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
I had a good experience with C Anderson, who have twice repaired boiler faults. They are reliable and organised and sorted out the problems.
I'm really disappointed that the person who checked yesterday came here because he was unprofessional and didn't check the most basic things. Yesterday I checked and only pressed 1 safe button so today it worked normally.
Yusuf has been fantastic today and turned a job around that was failing badly (by another plumber) into a success. His can do attitude is remarkable. Very hard working and a delight!
I also had a BAD experience with this company. They sent contractors who weren't experienced in the requisite areas, they arrived without all the material they needed and had to go out and buy it, the quality of the work was poor and will have to be redone and they take an extremely long time to invoice, without proper breakdown or dates attached, pressure you at the site to pay immediately without any breakdown given, and generally my gut instinct is that they aren't being honest.
