Really disappointed by the service from C Anderson. We called as our boiler was leaking.The engineer they sent complained about parking, told us that the receptionist had accused us of not paying a deposit (which we paid in advance of the visit) and spoke poorly of his employers and implied they would rip us off. This was on a Friday, he reported the boiler needs replacing and then we heard nothing until Monday, leaving us without heating in the middle of winter. Very prompt and professional on an emergency call out, from phone staff to engineer to follow up diagnosis, but price quoted for boiler replacement was nearly double other local, Vaillant-recommended firms.
