His communication is horrible. Just to get a quote I bugged him over a month, this is my second bad experience with him. The first time he never answered me but because of his good reviews I overlooked it; the second time after I had to bug him, I signed with them and then had to break the contract because he would answer back every 7 days and he forgot what the project was. I ended up choosing smart choice construction

I asked them to come by for a quote. Never showed up and they had confirmed as well. Really sad because they got such good reviews…

Urie and his team did an excellent job completely renovating our bathroom. They were clean and very efficient. They came when they said and completed the job on time. Urie was even able to complete extra work for us including repairing and repainting high ceilings and ceiling fan installation. He was also able to replace our basement pump that broke while he was working on the house. I would definitely recommend him.

They remodeled our downstairs including eat in kitchen, laundry/powder room and foyer. Very easy to work with and we are very happy with finished project. Here every day long hours and finished on time even with delay beyond their control.

I was really excited to hire this company after seeing positive reviews and photos of their work. I had several projects lined up, including two decks, a bathroom renovation, and some painting. My initial consultation took place on July 9th, and the owner came across as knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended.
