Would not recommend, they are horrible with scheduling (just won’t show up or reach out, you have to be the one to call to see what’s going on). Their customer service is subpar at BEST, I spoke with Megan everytime and you can just feel the rude attitude she gives off. Extremely off putting

My husband and I own 3 different businesses that all utilize landscaping services. We are huge on customer service. We like to support other businesses that share the same values as us. I wish I could say this company was one of those. I attempted to resolve the issue and offer feedback on 7/23/24 to HR but they were not interested, So here is my in depth review. Several neighbors had used and recommended C&D Custom Construction so we had Caleb give us a bid. We liked his manner, ideas and suggestions and his pricing was very reasonable. He was able to start work very quickly and with the exception of a couple of sub-contractor related hiccups finished with great results - a beautiful expanded deck, some new and greatly improved shelving and tile baseboards in bathrooms and laundry/utility room as well as a small fence project. I had Josh come out to look at our yard to come up with additional ideas and make some changes to a landscape design that has already been completed.
