100% recommended!!! My case is finally over after approximately a year and a half. I have to admit that during the entire process, the team Lead by Cristina Álvarez were AMAZING. Everyone starting with Natalie Layne but also Mayerli, Corey Anne and even Jessika (who is no longer with the firm) was diligent, responsive, assertive and supportive. Don’t doubt in hiring their services, because I can guarantee that you will find everything that you are looking for in regards to solving your family case.
They’re were very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation. Very professional and on top of things.
Poor time management, almost non existent communication, sketchy billing practices. Will tell you on the initial call a number of what it should cost, but they will eat that up just preparing simple documents - then demand more money. They have successfully taken all of the money I had, and then fired me as a client for asking questions and being upset when I was met with attitude and snark. My case has not been finished and they took 7k from me on a case they said would cost 5k.
