Absolutely horrible experience. Underwriting will say you have coverage until it’s time to pay the claim from tornado damage. Then they deny, delay, delay delay. I filed a complaint with the Ohio Department of Insurance. They will not respond to the Ohio Department of Insurance in a timely manner. They wait until the last possible day to respond then request an extension for their answer over and over again Absolutely horrible experience!!!! Run,run, run,from this agency!
I called to get a quote for car insurance. The woman I spoke to said she would call me back with a quote, she didnt. This company doesnt even have the common courtesy to call a potential customer back.
They are absolutely wonderful to deal with and we'll get you the best rates possible
