Has done our taxes for last 15 years. As I have multiple sclerosis and stairs are a challenge she stops by picks up and then when done resturns the forms. Excelent and caring!
I came to this tax perparer after reading google reviews. I am disability recipient, O'Connor deny me services. When I came to her office and opened the door after knocking and being told to come in. There was no other customers in her office.This woman just stared at me not saying anything, no "can I help you" or anything. I've been using O'Connor Tax Services for a decade now. The service has been excellent, IMHO. They've always been on top of any changes in tax code, and don't miss an opportunity to structure your tax return with all available deductions and credits available to you. Last year I'd started my own limited liability company, and Karen Jean invited me to bring my laptop and go over my QuickBooks account with me for a whole hour -- no extra charge.
