They have infested apartments with cockroaches. The staff is rude and looks down on you. They tried to remove my review on google.
It takes weeks to get a maintenance call fulfilled. Snow removal is insufficient, they do not salt or sand residental parking lots or sidewalks. They do not take suggestions from tenants seriously, such as need for more parking or security lighting. Apartments are ok, but they need to put more effort into upkeep of their properties.
They deserve a zero. They are cheap. It takes weeks to get a maintenance call finished, and when the maintenance do come they do a cobble job. They have a "head" maintenance man that has a terrible attitude and is very rude to tenants. They do not put money into their property, and it gets run down, yet they like to raise the rent on tenants every couple of years. They have inadequate and insufficient parking, but they will not spend money to create more, when it would be very simple and in their best interest to do so. All ... read more
