Lori and Michelle were extremely kind and helpful! They both went above and beyond to get me settled into my apartment! I absolutely love my new space. The people here are friendly and welcoming!
I’ve lived in a CA Kaplan rental property for several years and have had an excellent experience. The management team is consistently responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Snow removal is handled promptly, and any maintenance concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining their properties and supporting their tenants. I highly recommend leasing from CA Kaplan to anyone considering one of their units.
Dishonest folks when it was time to return my rental deposit… it took over a month to receive payment after calling for weeks and being told the check was sent in the mail no means of tracking. I had to be adamant for them to send it through bank transfer and was still charged for the transfer fees and the bank fee for stopping the check that I’m not even sure was ever sent… all in all rent from these people at your own risk
My partner and I are relocating to the Rome/Utica area we had applied, emails were exchanged back-and-forth with Lorie.She told us to come into the office to see Apartments so we took the hour and a half drive there.We were met by A helpful individual that was able to get us in to see a one bedroom which we had made a clear we were looking for two bedroom, but willing to look we agreed to go to lunch and talk about the one bedroom and our options due to the two bedroom, not being ready in time for our move when we got back f... read more
