Do not use this builder to build your home. Quality is very poor. Currently we have walls that are bowing and their drywall contractor said it's because of the framing. Our LVP flooring has gaps after they fixed it the first time. They also charged me $1,425 for an electronic air cleaner that the contractor only charged them $250 for. I've heard that they don't purchase lumber from the lumber yard company that sells the lots in our subdivision because they "can't afford it" so they go purchase "cheap materials" elsewhere. Don't plan on them coming back for any warranty work... Lies. And keep blowing us off.. our walls in every room of this new home they built is separating from the ceiling... Cabinets were broken upon building and tried to be hidden. Unwanted holes in floor.. too many things to list..
Ca Jones built my house back in 2012, we have been satisfied with the build and whenever I had a small issue Chris helped out and took care of me
