Excellent!!! I had an issue with my printer for weeks. Dealing with Best Buy who could not fix the problem. I needed a driver installed (didn't know that) and reconnected to my computer/internet. My sister used this place before and was pleased. I know why. Spoke with Maritza, brought it in, installed the driver and instructed me in with connecting with my computer. That's it! I'm back in action. They know a lot of tech issues and are very patient and helpful. Thank you Maritza and to the team as well!!!
