As it relates to the trade, their electricians are knowledgeable and get the job done satisfactory for a competitive prices. Non technical customer service leaves much the desired. Owner may be busy, which is good for business, but that doesn't excuse striving to provide great service from lead acquisition to closing out the sale.
For the past three years, I've worked with CA Contractor LLC, and my experience with them has been incredible, which is why I give them a 5-star rating. "Keep up the good work, CA!!!."
"I'M BUSY!" is no way to answer a phone. Many of us are busy. "Can you call me back at 2:00?" is better. Or if you're really busy, route your advertised number to a service to schedule an appointment. That's how you do business. Don't care how good someone can be. Won't recommend that kind of attitude.
Cruz and the team did a great job. His guys worked through the rain and stayed a little longer in the evening to get the job done, and done well. With a baby on the way we can sleep a little easier knowing that our power coming into the house is up to date and safe! Thanks for the hard work, friendliness and professionalism.
