I should have went to the shop my insurance suggested but I decided to go here since it was black owned and unfortunately they didn’t live up to that standard. First they promised me that I didn’t have to pay the deductible they had a way to roll it in the insurance invoice, they ended up giving me a $200 discount instead. I had both my cars body and paint job. No complaints
Paid over $700, car wasn't ready until 3 days after promised date. No returned calls when inquiring. Pick up my car and the job wasn't complete. Was told I would be notified when they had the piece (so the piece was never there). Car still not done I expected better from a black and female owned company, especially with the 500 places you can go in Chicago Heights.
