Paid over $700, car wasn't ready until 3 days after promised date. No returned calls when inquiring. Pick up my car and the job wasn't complete. Was told I would be notified when they had the piece (so the piece was never there). Car still not done I expected better from a black and female owned company, especially with the 500 places you can go in Chicago Heights.
I'm more than pleased with this establishment I found them to be honest and very nice and upfront They have provided mechanical repairs as well as auto body Great place to do business with

Sold us a car with no working horn, and miles rolled back; hassle to get in contact with or schedule services with, will say they’ll call you back and don’t. Sensor lights will stay on. Make them your VERY last resort if you’re not VERY knowledgeable about cars and buying process.
A few years ago, a friend had autobody work done here after a collision and we were impressed with the work. Therefore, I came back when I needed the same service. The work done was outstanding and someone made a comment that it looked better than when I bought it blemish free from the dealer.
