I have been a customer with your company on and off for the last 30 plus years. Dec 5th 2022 you came to our rescue and serviced our rental heater charging us a very fair price of $134.14 .We were very happy with this service. I recently called to get the same heater serviced only to find out I am now a non fuel customer and got slamed with a bill for 369.85. A little heads up about your new policy would of been greatly appreciated.
