This is the extremely condensed version of the past 21 months I've been dealing with Albright after they installed a boiler in my house in January 2024. We experienced non-stop issues with the boiler for 11 months after the install…for example, zones not heating, boiler tripping and turning off, black smoke from the chimney, soot in the boiler room, pipes banging, water leaks and air in the pipes. Scott was very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills.
Great experience with Albrights, Mark Ouelette in particular. He came to inspect my entire HVAC system as well as my hot water tank. He was thorough yet polite and professional. I have known Randy for a long time and have known him to be a man of integrity. It is no surprise his employees would be too.
