Scott always does a good job. Unfortunately, when he installed the new thermostats, the instructions were not checked - and they do not work on my system. This meant that the heater stayed on for about 5 days, continually burning propane. Is there any way I can be compensated for the wasted propane since the fault was not mine? And the original service charge may also be a problem since it did not work.Thank you.
