Scott came out to the house and was very thorough as well as knowledgeable. We will be utilizing his services as well as the services of the company more often. He diagnosed a problem with our furnace in less than an hour, had the part, fixed it and all on a Friday evening during off hours. We are super grateful. Took him 1 try to solve the issue while it took another company 3 tries, nothing solved and wasted funds.
