We used BZ Tent rental for a college graduation party. The results were fantastic. We used 2 tents to cover a large patio. Brett and Cory, called to tell us when they were arriving. They gave us an update when they were 30 minutes away. When they arrived they assessed the layout of the party, made suggestions about placing stakes and immediately began work. I just had EZ Tent Rentals service for my daughter's wedding celebration on the Labor holiday weekend which was very hard to find, call, email few places but not success and EZ Rentals answer my phone call, was able to booked with non problems, great service, beautiful tent for 60 guests, chairs, tables, 3 tables for food, lights, table clothes not not problems at all, great service, highly recommended and next I'll call them and will recommend to anyone is looking for a tent, I was recommended for my daughter's best f... read more
From initial phone call to the clearing of our patio, BZ Tent Rental was exceptional. Zack and Brett were both very knowledgeable, insightful and professional. BZ tents were great to deal with. The tent itself was beautiful with lights attached. It’s a very solid tent. It was put together 2 days before and in the pouring rain, to make sure the tent was ready for party day. The men did a great job putting it together with no delays, which gives you peace of mind. The tables, chairs and linens were great as well. Everything was really clean. The service was great. Communication was great as well as I had a last minute adjustment and they were able to get back to me & accommodate.
Zach and his team were wonderful to work with! The online ordering was simple, and they had everything we needed...the beautiful tent, tables, chairs, and lights...it looked magical as the sun was setting and into the night. The guys were efficient and neat, setup and take down. When asking for things like how we wanted tables and chairs to be setup, when I wasn't sure, Zach gave his expert advice and it turned out perfect. We will definitely contact BZ Tent Rental for our future needs!
