Used BZ in 2020 for new siding and a new roof. Did a great job. Crew was awesome! However, I’ve tried two times since to get them to do some projects and never got a bid. First one was for two bathroom remodels that they declined, and most recently, in April 2026, they sent a guy out to measure for a large sliding door replacement and I never got a quote or heard anything back. I left two voicemails. No response. Disappointed

I spent $30,000 on a new kitchen less than 6 months ago, now I have to pay an actual professional electrician to come out to restore the power because they wired all of my appliances onto one circut. And of course it's "nothing they did", so its on you. They're really nice until they get your money, and then when there's a problem with their work, the unprofessionalism starts. I even recommended them to my parents, who hired them. Avoid at all costs.

If thereel were a rating less than one star, I would've given a negative 12. What I thought was going to be a great experience turned out to actually suck. We were experiencing a leaking roof and were referred to BZ. A man named Scott came to check things out. He got on our roof and explained what he found and told me he would send and estimate the next day. Here we are, at minimum, three weeks later and no estimate. Had roof put on my house …. Went above and beyond … had small issue and they came directly and fixed it !!! That is what you want in a company! Tim and Scott are awesome to deal with! Before you sign with anyone else you need to give these guys a chance!
