I live nearby and just wanted to share what I’ve seen and heard. This building looks nothing like the photos online—those have to be over 10 years old. It’s in pretty rough shape now, like no one’s done real maintenance in forever. Outside areas are overgrown and messy, with old stuff just left behind and never cleaned up.
