not a good experience with this company. The quality of their PVC fence material is cheap and faded quickly.. The owner was rude and arrogant when i spoke with him.

They have very good service and the prices are fair
We had a great experience with ByTown when constructing our PVC fence. A huge part of that was thanks to Kurt. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning—patiently triaging every issue, offering clear guidance, and never once trying to upsell or push anything we didn’t need. Pretty upset as we have made multiple requests for them to fix the warped parts of our fence. We have also sent emails about our fence door not being able to close and they simply don’t respond. We spent $14,000+ on our fence THIS YEAR and it was not worth it. Highly don’t recommend as they don’t honor their warranty.
